[no subject]

I am looking for a (free) mailing list manager, which will

a. Archive messages and allow web access to archives 
b. Archive according to Author, Date, Thread, Subject AND
c. Has a search interface. 

Essentially I am looking for Mailman + Search.

Have been using (not administrating) Mailman for two years, but often need 
to search through old archives.

The mbox interface works but is very slow due to the long load time. 
(due to lists that allow large binary attachments)
