Here is a Yahoo! article on how taking vitamin E, a favorite topic of
those trying to substitute a pill for a life of bad eating and lack of
exercise.  Something that is all too common among fast-food loving
geeks.

This article, and I'm sure there are many others like it as well as
against it, just solidifies my thinking that there is NO substitution
(pill or otherwise) for living right.  The world is full of confused,
untested, misleading advice about taking care of one's body.
