Pgadmin is specifically for Postgresql as is the mysql tool mentioned
earlier.
The best, free, multi-platform tool I seen so far for ODBC access is
OpenOffice.org. You can set up and direct tables, queries, etc in an
environment that works about as well as M$ Access.
