Or just, y'know, don't speed or break the law in general.  The whole 
notion of a proverbial "get out of jail" card, in the form of nolo, is 
quite bizarre.

I share the view that these laws are important and should be enforced.
Although my last name, literal as it is, may have something to do with 
that.
