Sorry, that IS very true (like it or not).  Ask any qualified medical
practitioner (not an isolated virus specialist holed up in a lab) and
you will get the same advice that needlessly taking medicine is not a
good thing.  If you are sick or unhealthy, your doctor would have
already given you this advice, so I can only presume that you are
healthy and/or seeing a quack. ;)
