[ale] Somewhat OT: Command line dataplots/pivot tables

Gnuplot ?

Its been a very long time since I used it, so I do not recall if it 
accepts a csv file, but it should be a very simple script which massages a 
csv file into the kind needed by gnuplot.

Gnuplot is not GNU.
