Look! A bunch of completely fabricated numbers, with no grounding in 
reality!

The idea that a death penalty is a deterrent has been roundly disproved 
quite a few times, and the article just gets sillier after that.

Though I do like the idea of spammers being involuntarily drafted to 
act as mail filters for 16 hours a day......
