I am in need of a C++ programmer to help me modify an existing C++ program 
that is over engineered and inefficient.  I suspect it is between two days 
and 1 week's work.  The program consists of some basic MySql calls and 
reading a text file.  Please respond off line with rate information and a 
brief description of your experience with C++.
