Hi Harry,
For reasons I'd rather not go into right now
(largely because I'm hopeful of a happy ending),
we are not providing upgrades to any Xandros
customers under any conditions. We further recommend
that anyone interested in CrossOver not purchase
the Xandros Deluxe version.
I know that this sucks for you, and I am honestly sorry.
I recommend that you forward this email on to Xandros
and ask for their help; resolution of this issue is
completely their responsibility, and requires only
that they honor their word.
Cheers,
Jeremy
