You will need to dig up some docs on that model. Most BIOS passwords can
be reset by jumper tinkering. The jumper is a 3 pin. Move the jumper
block to the cover the 2-3 pins (or 1-2 pins) for a minute or two to
reset the bios to it's defaults (no password). It that fails, find the
motherboard battery (it'll look like a coin) and remove it for 10
minutes. Put it back in and reboot and the bios should also be back at
its default settings.

If _that_ fails, pull the battery AND short the bios jumpers.

Some of Dell Optiplex machines I've had to argue/work with have the BIOS
jumper labeled "normal" and "clear" to indicate which 2 pins do what.
