You need better spamassassin rules. Your SA scored that as:

X-Spam-Status:  No, hits=-0.2 required=2.0 tests=BAYES_30, 
MSGID_FROM_MTA_HEADER autolearn=no version=2.63B

Mine scored it as:

X-Spam-Status:  Yes, hits=13.5 tagged_above=-999.0 required=6.5 
tests=AFF_ID, DRUGS_ERECTILE, DRUGS_ERECTILE_OBFU, FCS_URI_NODOTS, 
LOCAL_OBFU_CIALIS, LOCAL_OBFU_LEVITRA, LOCAL_OBFU_VIAGRA, CR_BAYES_BAIT

Add SA rules which filter what you don't want.
