[ale] ms works file

There's an app from M$ to convert works files to M$ Word, but you've 
gotta have Word to run it (from).  I have it if you need it (save you 
the trouble of looking for it, because I don't remember where I got it). 
  Had to use it a while back, and didn't /dev/null it.
