For those of you who were either at my talk last month (or who
weren't but are interested in digital audio software) I've got a new
version of my (still beta) software called XO Wave up on my web site:
http://www.xowave.com. It's basically a digital audio editor ("Digital
Audio Workstation" in industry speak) that lets you cut/copy/paste and mix
sounds from AIFF files as well as record your own. It's still missing a
lot of stuff, but it's functional and, IMHO, easier to use than some of
the other software out there for Linux (and, in case it's not, a user's
manual is on the way ;-).
Enjoy!
bjorn
