What is the error message ?
Are you sure you need a modeline ?
My Monitor section for a simular monitor is:
Section "Monitor"
#DisplaySize 410 310 # mm
Identifier "Monitor0"
VendorName "AMT"
ModelName "PL201M"
Option "DPMS"
EndSection
If you absolutely need a modeline try
"1600x1200" 162.00 1600 1624 1976 2160 1200 1201 1204 1250 +HSync +VSync
This should be 75KHz/60Hz.
Good luck
