Geez and Pete, I typed hastily. I also have problems with
putting an inappropriate apostrophe like "it's". Sorry!

Most often attributed as either "Hanlon's Razor" or
from Richard Feynman, or various other older sources
including Goethe. Chasing down it's origins and
permutations is problematic and probably pointless.
