Team: Customer and Systems Support Center
Position: Systems Engineer (NOC Engineer)

Job Function:
- Manage customer support technologies ( phone system, email,
  ticketing systems, event management system )
- Manage customer support cases ( troubleshooting, escalation, vendor
  and team collaboration, effective communication and documentation )
- Perform system upgrades, system and application configurations,
  inter-dependent system communication analysis, application and
  operating system problem analysis and problem resolution
- Maintain an aggressive learning and skills enhancement schedule
- Some light travel may be required for off-site system installations
- Some shift work may be required
- Perform a wide range of other tasks as requested by management

Position Prerequisites:
- Strong proven experience in Solaris and/or Linux
- 3 - 5+ years of network and systems administration experience
- College degree or equivalent related I.T. experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Past cable headend experience is a plus
