Axcrypt (Axcrypt.sf.net) is also a decent encryption utility for
Windows. You can even create PGP-style self extracting archives, which
are pretty handy if you are distributing them. Unfortunately it's only
AES-128 at the moment (IE: no configuration options), but it works
pretty well.
