[ale] List issues?

I can possibly offer some insight into your duplicate delivery problem
as I too started receiving duplicate emails this week.  It turns out
that an old address, that was probably set to nomail, became active at
the same time the ALE mailserver came back on line.  I suspect that
either Mailman was either exported/imported/updated/extracted/rebuilt...
or something more serious occurred.
