OFX (aka QFX) is a standard, so if SunTrust supports it, it will work with 
GNUCash.

Most banks offer both OFX and QIF. SunTrust doesn't do that? A filter is a bit 
difficult, because there are tags in the OFX file that tell your client if a 
transaction has already been loaded. QIF doesn't do that.
