! Left Start key
keycode 115 = F13
! Right Start key
keycode 116 = F14
! Right Menu key
keycode 117 = F15

The above lets me use my windows keys at additional function keys.  I usually 
bind them to raise/lower, maximize, etc.

Do in your case, use xev to find the keycode for the keypad keys and bind them 
to 1, 2, 3, etc.
