Also, wondering if anybody can point me to the right direction:

About three days ago started hanging on the "Initiating Memory" process
and/or when loading modules from an application called AMASS which,
on occasions, gives a kernel panic on CPU (CPU zero), OR a pci error.

By giving the "reset" at boot, 75% of the time, the machine will boot
"normally" after a 30/45 min. period.
