Buy a Mac ...
then install ohphoneX to get H.323 video/audio or gnomemeeting for
audio and incoming video.
.. or better stay with linux and install gnomemeeting.
( Preferable a version above 1.0 )
I think with H.323 you just hit one point where linux has
better options ;-)
But yes - I agree consumer grade is sometimes nice.
For document scanning and pdf conversion I gave up on linux.
