I upgraded my version of the links browser to links2pre15. I installed
from source (gcc 2.96, kernel 2.4.18). Unfortunately, there must be
some permissions wrong somewhere, because it runs fine under root, but
as user it crashes.

I checked the chmod settings (755) for the main executible and they look
like the should be fine.

Can anybody give me some ideas for how to diagnose the problem.

Thanks,
Andrew Grimmke
