Actually I was glad to get the reminder. No joke. I have unsophisticated
customers whom I warned after I got the note.

One of the least sophisticated is also one of the most skeptical - she got
this a few weeks ago and called Earthlink to give them #$%@!! because she
knew her credit card was OK. They explained what was going on. Maybe 
that's funny - it really belongs in the "nothing new" folder.
