Hmmm, I think I mentioned it before in the thread, but the Linksys
WRT54GS unit is pretty capable and extensible piece of cheap hardware.
There's a whole cottage industry now in custom firmware for it.
I know OSPF is in the Sveasoft firmware, not sure how solid it is
though. Not sure about the VPN side, haven't played with that.
Perhaps this would fill the bill. I have 4 of them I'm playing
around with for homeparkwifi.net and it's sweet being able to
get a command shell and poke around.
