DOH! Truncated the 'l' off the end.
The real url is
<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.faqs.org/docs/artu/ch16s01.html">http://www.faqs.org/docs/artu/ch16s01.html</a>
Sorry 'bout that.
Again, this isn't really anything to do with security per se, more a broad
appreciation for why open source and transparency is important. I read
more of it, and certainly it's propagandist and certainly it
oversimplifies, but it does hit some *very* good points about software
development in the real world and is well written.
And while we're on the subject, this month's Entrepreneur magazine has got
a very nice article about why small businesses should look seriously at
open source software. Mandrake, Lindows and Win4Lin get mentioned
specifically as well as some reassuring words about the maturity and
stability of the OS movement! Cheers!
