The Damian Conway OOP book already mentioned is a good one to have.
Also perl comes with several OO related perldocs:

           perlboot            Perl OO tutorial for beginners
           perltoot            Perl OO tutorial, part 1
           perltooc            Perl OO tutorial, part 2
           perlbot             Perl OO tricks and examples


If you're looking to learn OOP in general, you might also look at Ruby
and Smalltalk (both of which are a bit more strongly OO than Perl, the
former feeling like a sort of Perl cross Smalltalk).  If you know Perl
Ruby's pretty easy to pick up and the OO concepts will port back to
perl fairly easily.


If you want a more B&D OO, look at Python or Java; between the two I
probably dislike the former less.


(I should save this and merge it with whatever I wrote the last time
this came up and just post a URL the next time the subject comes up in
3 months . . . :)
