Netgear has come out with a wireless digital music player. It looke
pretty neat to me, at least for $150. Unlike a somewhat similar linksys
offering, it doesn't seem to need an xp machine to play music either. I
was wondering: has anyone else messed with one of these? Ive seen a
couple of similar products, but they always seem more expensive, and
don't do wireless (well, you could buy an ethernet/wireless bridge, I
suppose, but that's even more $$). One negative I see is that the
netgear doesn't say it plays ogg (but then again, all my tunes are still
in mp3 anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me).
