The point is it let web surfers contact individual posters *directly.*
A solution that would still allow that, is to simply swap the email address 
for a member ID and pass the information to a form that the web surfer can 
fill out quickly. The member ID is used to retrieve the real email address 
and send the email. This way harvesters can't harvest, and web surfers can 
still contact posters.
