[no subject]

i had been using the ":" to define a quoted message part instead of a more traditional ">".  that said, how do i tell Mutt/Vim to recognize these ":" as it does these ">"?

given that i am Mutt ignorant (i want to use it, really) how would i fix this on the Mutt side?
