I would love to see a J2EE solution and I might just begin creating one
and build the modules as I need them. Today I began working on an asset
tracking module.

I can and will use Quickbooks if I have to but my goal is to keep from
running Windows. It is just a PITA to dual boot it and have to switch
back and forth.

> announcing AutoCAD compatible software for Linux ( using WINE in the short term ). Not free, but low cost.

> > I'm still googling, but I thought I would ask this question
> > anyway. Does anyone know of an open-source project for a
> > Linux CAD program that can export IGES files? If there
> > isn't an open-souce project, then perhaps a low-cost closed
> > source one (not my first choice of course).

> > TIA!
