When we used to meet a Ga Tech (10 years ago - wow!), Greg Hankins was
kinda the unofficial liason.   While people outside the meeting space are
good for help, when it comes down to it, it really does help to make sure
that you have someone from the school to help out.    It helps when the
room has someone else in it already, other resources are needed, etc...
