[ale] Mandrake9.2 boots on 1 box but on 2nd says...can't launch graphical mode, huh ?

You're doing much better than I did. I downloaded, burned the ISO, tried booting - n/g - so I decided to do something else. Knoppix worked fine. I might try it again, though. Even bought little 64 MB usb thumbdrives for using with Mandrake Move. But for me, for now, mandrake was not moving at all.
