[ale] Postfix and catch-all addresses

I'm trying to find information on creating catch-all users for each of the
domains my mail server services.

So, for instance, mail to <anything>@devsea.com can be forwarded to
jb at devsea.com.

Anyone know how to do this, or know where I can find a doc outlining this?
 I've search through google and postfix.org but have been unsuccessful so
far.
