[ale] Default mail user?

Guys,

I'm using postfix on my mail server locally, and I'd like to be able to
set a catch-all account for each domain my mail server serves.  So, if
someone send mail to anything at sourceillustrated.com, I'll get it.

Anyone know what this is called?  I've searched the docs and google but
not substantial luck yet.
