Well, let's hope it is limited and that everyone gets prepared. Having an alternate method to get to a machine's command line would be nice. Would IPSec tunneling telnet be an option?

Rumors have all been related to OpenSSH (even with PrivSep). None (at least
the ones I've seen) have had enough info to indicate whether they're broader
in scope than that (or even that they exist at all ;-)
