Omitting the gory details for brevity's sake, I can probably
move my wife from an Apple computer (here at home) to Linux --
but only if there is a way to read/write the Apple file format on a
Zip drive. She maintains critical financial files on a Zip
platter to retain confidentiality and often needs to bring work
home. I know I can get Excel to work through Crossover Office,
but her work environment is strictly an Apple shop.
