[ale] Bandwidth tracking
- Subject: [ale] Bandwidth tracking

Ntop gave me rates and totals for IPs including different protocols when
I ran it. However, with a hub while the interface was in promiscuous
mode is how that worked. In a switched environment you'd need a
mirrored port to read from.
