True, end users are rarely friendly to developers. As to the opening
phrase, I can only ask:

More friendly than *what*? A swarm of killer bees? Ebola?  Man-eating
shrews? Any Microsoft product? Unmarked open manhole covers?
Earthquake? Volcano? Tsunami? Total thermonuclear war?
