This module does exist on SuSE 8.2 pro. As a matter of fact, seems to
be two different drivers:
/lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/usb/serial/keyspan.o
/lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/usb/serial/keyspan_pda.o
