[ale] bittorrent

Well, decided to give bittorrent a spin on downloading Mandrake 9.2. 
Maybe I'm missing something, but target time has dropped from 1500 hours 
to 56 hours, but that still seems kinda slow.  Further, my upload rate 
is twice my download rate.  Seems I'm getting cheated here.
