Good point, but it depends upon the library.
My library, at least, seems to have a clue - all those outdated 
computer books go onto the sale rack at 25 cents each. 
I've bought a few (Pascal, DBASE III) for the nostalgia.
Who knows, somebody might actually have a need for some of 
that old info.
