[ale] not H-1B, but L-1 visas

At the risk of starting another bitter, off-topic thread, I thought I would 
throw out this link to an article in today's NYT. The L-1 is another visa 
that companies use to bring in foreign tech workers. It involves a more 
elaborate sleight of hand and doesn't have the limits that H-1B has. I offer 
the link without comment, but it makes for interesting reading:
