[ale] BTTV?

What are modules are loaded?  What does lspci show?  Do you see 
references to your bttv card in /var/log/messages?

I've been playing with a no-name bt848 card of late.  Wierd thing about 
it.  I can successfully capture images after starting X on this box, but 
I want to run it headless.  When I attempt capture at that point, the 
images are garbage.  Any suggestions regarding this problem would be 
appreciated as well.
