[ale] radio card

hey i was curious ive seen a lotta super cool wireless spy cameras and
thought to myself why not get a radio card of somekind instead of the
proposed base station this things offer (to connect to a vcr or such) but
i figured i would ask the gurus what they have done so here goes :D has
anyone used a wireless cam with a laptop via some sort of radio card? and
if so would you mind describing a little? :)
