[ale] quick, simple backup

All:

Client's Travan tapes are worn.  They back up ONLY 100 MB critical files daily.  They're computer-shy, and just want to point & click.

Shall I recommend:

1) CD-RW ( cheap media, but has to be blanked prior to write )

2) Zip 250 ( modest media cost, proprietary )

3) other ?
