Creating bogus duplicated web pages in order to boost your rankings on a
search engine really stinks. Google won't like and will see through it
in a hurry. You don't want to tick off google's crawlers or else they
won't come back.

A better choice would be to actually have content on the website. If you
are having trouble generating content, hire some professionals. I have
some people in mind if you are interested.
