I think that MIMEDefang used in conjunction with clamAV will do what you
want to do. Both programs are gpl'ed.

This subject is not an area I have expertise in and therefore, I have
never used either program. However, I know a couple of admins at
different companies and these are the programs that they use for this
purpose.

Also, Bob Toxen, who is on this list is the resident security
specialist. Perhaps he can supply insight/advice and/or services.
