[ale] Mount NFS as user

I want to run mutt on my direct client but all my mail is 
stored on a remote server.

server:/home/cfowler/Mail

On the server, How can I export /home/cfowler/Mail
so that I can mount that share on the client at /home/cfowler/Mail
