[ale] Mail relay via Apache?

Hey all.

I was looking through my Apache logs, and I found this:

162.84.152.116 - - [08/May/2003:16:56:52 -0400] "CONNECT
aibo.runbox.com:25 HTTP/1.0" 200 6437 "-" "-"
162.84.152.116 - - [08/May/2003:16:56:52 -0400] "POST
http://162.84.152.116:25/ HTTP/1.1" 200 6453 "-" "-"

I've already bitched to Verizon, but I'm more concerned about the 200
status code that was generated by Apache. It appears as if they're trying
to relay mail through my webserver. The question is, did it work? If so,
how do I immediately kill it from working ever again?

Thanks.
